LINE 6
For over two decades, Line 6 has established itself as an industry trailblazer, consistently delivering award-winning products tailored to musicians and centered around guitar and bass technology. The brand's paramount reputation is anchored in its revolutionary POD® and HELIX® product lines, which have fundamentally reshaped the landscape of sound creation for guitarists, both within the studio and on stage, redefining the possibilities of sonic craftsmanship.
I relished a decade-long tenure collaborating closely with Line 6's product development and engineering team, infusing my creative flair into the conception of nearly 100 groundbreaking products. This period of extensive contribution culminated in my elevation to the role of Graphic Design and Photography Manager within the dynamic marketing and sales unit.
Employing a minimalist and streamlined methodology, I spearheaded the creation of hardware graphics that endowed each product with a contemporary aesthetic and intuitive user interface. The fruits of these efforts have since established a new benchmark, defining the gold standard for user-friendliness and sonic excellence across the guitar, bass, and recording communities.
Way Huge Electronics
Way Huge Electronics stands as a boutique guitar effect pedal brand that found its inception in 1992 through the ingenuity of Jeorge Tripps. From 2007 onwards, I've had the privilege of collaborating directly with Jeorge, fostering the evolution of the brand's identity across product graphics, photography, and social media content, ensuring its consistent and engaging presence.
The guitar pedal sector has experienced a surge in startups over the past decade, offering consumers a wealth of premium options. To resonate with our target audience's creative inclinations, we draw inspiration from band logos, concert flyers, and vintage vinyl artwork. This inspiration is skillfully woven into our product line while upholding a cohesive brand identity.
To heighten excitement and cater to collector sensibilities, we intermittently unveil limited runs of distinctive artwork. This strategy has enabled Way Huge to craft products that are not only sought after by collectors but have also garnered attention in global articles and reviews, solidifying their status as highly coveted creations.
Ampeg
Ampeg holds a commanding position in the bass amplification market. Following its acquisition by the Yamaha Corporation, I undertook the responsibility of integrating numerous pre-existing products and contributing to the creation of new additions to the lineup.
In the pursuit of developing these fresh products, we embarked on an approach that balanced reverence for a legacy spanning more than five decades with a subtle infusion of contemporary elements into both user interface and brand enhancements. This approach included preserving the authenticity of the original hand-drawn logos that were employed prior to the acquisition, encapsulating the enduring spirit of the brand.
